Important Dates and Deadlines

Fall Term
9/22/09 (Week 1)	First Lecture Meeting
10/20/09 (Week 5)	Pre-Proposals due by 5:00 PM, 10/20/2009. One hardcopy to Dr. Bradley Layton One copy to Faculty Advisor; and one hardcopy for Dr. Bradley Layton. There will be a box that will be placed in the Main Office to receive the Pre-proposals. No late pre-proposals will be accepted.
11/24/09 (Week 10)	Tentative: Proposal Oral Presentations 11/24 and 11/25, 2009 Written Proposal due 6:00 pm 11/24, 2009 One copy of the Written Proposal to Faculty Advisor; and 2 hardcopies and 1 electronic copy (CD-ROM) to Dr. Bradley Layton. There will be a box in the Main Office to receive the Written Proposals and CD-ROMs. No late submissions will be accepted.
Winter Term
1/05/09 (Week 1)	Meeting with the SD Coordinator
3/02/09 (Week 9)	Project Progress Presentation to Faculty Advisor(s) within this week (Mandatory) Project Progress Report due by 6:00PM, 3/2/08 One copy of the Progress Report to Faculty Advisor; and 2 hardcopies and 1 electronic copy (CD-ROM) to Dr. Bradley Layton. There will be a box in the Main Office to receive the Progress Reports and CD-ROMs.
Spring Term
3/30/09   (Week 1)	Meeting with the SD Coordinator
4/13/09   (Week 3)	No class but SD Project Abstract Due by 6:00 PM, 4/13/09 (for CoE Publication).  Electronic submission to Ms. Eda Yildirim, edy22@drexel.edu
4/27/09   (Week 5)	Meeting with the SD Coordinator
5/11-13/09   (Week 7)	Final SD Project Report Due by 5:00 PM, 5/11/09 (Monday)   One copy of the Progress Report to Faculty Advisor. Two hardcopies and one electronic copy   (in CD-ROM) to Dr. Bradley Layton. There will be a box placed in the Main Office to receive the project report. No late submissions will be accepted.
5/18/09   (Week 8)	SD Final Project Presentation (schedule to be determined).    One electronic copy (in CD-ROM) to Dr. Bradley Layton.
6/03/09 (Week 10)	CoE SD Project Competition (Team and Schedule to be announced)
