Dr. Moses Noh, MEM assistant professor, has been awarded a supplementary grant from NIH NINDS entitled “Implantable Microdevice for the Treatment of Hydrocephalus.”  The supplement is for procuring a bench-top precision mask aligner, a piece of key equipment in photolithography process. The acquisition of a mask aligner will greatly improve their microfabrication capability and make a significant contribution to all of Dr. Noh’s current research activities. The amount of the supplement is $80,000.
